Client Solutions

It is the client or architect’s responsibility to submit the strategy to both building control and / or the fire authority to gain approvals. Homesafe, can, however, provide additional consultancy and liaison. There may be a separate charge for this service (agreed in advance).

As a matter of standard, we will also hydraulically design the sprinkler system and provide CAD drawings showing the layout and fittings required. Clients’ drawings need to be submitted electronically for us to overlay our information. The fire system specified must comply with a relevant standard to obtain a possible relaxation for building control.

We will also respond to queries from building control, the fire service and the water authority as necessary, to minimise delays on gaining approvals.
