Maintenance
All types of fire protection must be maintained, to ensure that:
- it will function properly at the critical time
- insurance conditions are met
- warranties are not invalidated
Under the homeowner’s annual service contract, domestic and residential systems will be inspected each year by Homesafe. This service history will be recorded on the log which stays with the house.
Fixed term service agreements are also available for management companies and housing associations.
