Homesafe - Employer of Excellence
Working on the strong foundations of excellent morale and clear employee contracts and guidelines, Homesafe enlisted the consultancy support of Peninsula in 2006.Together, procedures and policies were reviewed and modified and minor changes implemented.
Twelve months on, Homesafe is delighted to be awarded the Peninsula accredited standard of Employer of Excellence.
The award is in recognition of creating within the business an climate of good employment practices, employment relations and equal opportunities for all staff.
