Homesafe designs systems to BS 9251, NFPA 13 D/R, BS 5306 Part 2 or BS EN 12845. We will advise on the most appropriate standard and fire code to work to, depending on the scope and fire engineering requirements of your project.

It is not uncommon for an inappropriate standard or system to be specified. If in doubt, please ask, since the wrong specification can dramatically increase the costs of a project.

Regarding mist systems, as yet there is no residential or domestic standard applicable, and, therefore, we need to very carefully assess client’s needs. Again, just ask if at all in doubt.
